The international partnerships established by the group members focus especially in the Ibero-American space, with particular highlight to Brazil, and in the European space. The European network has been developed mainly through the 22 Erasmus agreements signed with Information Science schools and through the participation of some group members in ISKO-International Society of Knowledge Organization.
Some of the group members are responsible for the edition of a semiannual paper-based periodical, Páginas a&b (indexed in LISA database), the unique scientific journal published in Portugal in the field of Information Science and also published 6 books inside the series CAI (Communication-Art-Information), in partnership with Edições Afrontamento (one of the best Portuguese editors).
The Ibero-American and the European networks have been vehicles to disseminate the group research through edition of books and book chapters in distinguished editors such as Springer or IGI Global, and articles in peer reviewed journals.
